Key Responsibilities
- Identify the research, tools, and analyses required to achieve objectives across multiple strategic workstreams and projects.
- Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis of networking markets, customer needs, technology trends, competitive dynamics, business performance, and growth opportunities.
- Manage the development of financial and statistical models, structure analytical approaches, and oversee data gathering from internal and external sources.
- Synthesize key findings and develop comprehensive recommendations to improve business and financial performance.
- Partner with leaders across product, engineering, sales, finance, operations, and other functions to support and execute strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate and support strategic investments, partnerships, alliances, equity investments, and mergers and acquisitions, including financial analysis and engagement with external parties.
- Manage cross-functional teams, project plans, objectives, deliverables, communications, and contingency plans to ensure timely execution.
- Facilitate joint problem-solving with business leaders and help translate recommendations into implementation plans.
- Independently develop and present high-impact executive deliverables that turn complex data into clear, creative, and actionable insights.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve team effectiveness, analytical processes, and internal workflows.
Basic Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience identifying, evaluating, and analyzing business opportunities and supporting strategic decisions across multiple business units or functions.
- Excellent analytical thinking, quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in statistical analysis, financial modeling, and related analytical tools.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, summarize complex and abstract ideas clearly, and independently manage project objectives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation, negotiation, facilitation, interviewing, and influence.
- Strong project and relationship management skills, with demonstrated success partnering with and consulting business leaders.
- Developed leadership skills, including team building, cross-functional collaboration, conflict resolution, and project-team management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree such as an MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical or engineering background.
- Experience in enterprise, data center, cloud, AI, security, or service-provider networking markets and technologies.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly build technical knowledge across networking products, customers, markets, and business models.
- Experience supporting corporate development, strategic partnerships, alliances, equity investments, or mergers and acquisitions.
What We Look For
- Strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with disciplined analysis and execution.
