Manager, Amazon Freight - NOC, NOC - IN Relay Ops/ROW IB/WFM
Program Manager III (Job Level: L6) - IN Relay Ops - Amazon Freight, the central command center for Amazon Operated Vendor Inbounding at Amazon Fulfillment Centers in India in co-ordination with Business, Sales, Surface Ops, Shippers and FCs. The role will collaborate with Amazon Freight Business stakeholders and will drive revenue generation of INR 1,005 Million in Year-2026 (OP2'26) through Strategic planning, driving OP Goals, Staffing, Overseeing Training and development and delivering operational excellence in Order management, Handle Disruptions and Ensuring timely delivery of Shipments. This role will drive Programs to reduce Late Arrivals and NCNS and will deliver ~10x ROI through Big Rock automations such as 1) API integration with FarEye (3P tool) to synchronize data between 1P and 3P systems for LTL, 2) WhatsApp Chatbot for Shippers providing instant self-service responses for rule-based queries without manual intervention, 3) Relay 2.0 expansion to Freight using Agentic AI for automated track-and-trace, replacing manual monitoring, and 4) Celestia Launch automating ticket resolutions on less complex rules-based workflows. Without this hire, we risk missing OP2-2026 Operational efficiency, compromise daily execution, Network performance degradation affecting customer delivery promises, negatively impact key performance metrics and loss of strategic initiative ownership.
IN RO-Amazon Freight approved organizational structure in OP2'26 includes 1-L6, 2-L5 and 3-L4. We are expected to have an open position under L6 by End of Feb'26.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience managing teams
