Maintenance Supervisor
Join Amazon’s growing Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team as a Maintenance Supervisor at our Ravenhall, VIC site.
As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a team of up to 6 Technicians (fitters and electricians). During each shift, you'll lead the team in executing preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. You'll maintain a strong focus on safety by monitoring processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to deliver safe, reliable, and high-performing maintenance operations
- Own the preventative and corrective maintenance program — planning, scheduling, and executing to maximise equipment uptime
- Troubleshoot robotic and automated systems and material handling equipment, providing technical leadership to resolve issues fast
- Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with Operations to optimise site performance and efficiency
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations and Amazon's safety standards ance work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations and Amazon's safety standards
Basic Qualifications
- Relevant experience in automation or material handling equipment environments
- Experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
- A full Engineering Apprenticeship qualified to a minimum of Certificate III or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject formally recognised in Australia including valid licence when required (i.e. unrestricted electrical licence)
- Prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar supervisory or lead maintenance role within a warehouse, manufacturing, automation, or logistics environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of programmable logic controls (PLC) programming
- Experience of multi-contractor management
- Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements
