Maintenance Planner, Cybercab

Description

The planner and scheduler position provides support to all departments has efficient management of industrial maintenance is the responsible for planning, scheduling and optimizing resources to ensure equipment availability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans. Define priorities according to the criticality of the equipment
• Coordinate with production to minimize interruptions. Allocate resources (personnel, tools, spare parts)
• Schedule work orders and ensure their timely execution. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors when necessary
• Manage and administer scheduling for checklists, PM & PDM activities by collaborating with maintenance and production supervisors for prioritization of tasks and available downtime windows
• Ensure availability of critical parts. Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing to optimize inventories. Evaluate key maintenance indicators (KPIs) such as MTTR, MTBF, plan compliance, etc.
• Implement improvements based on historical data and failure analysis. Document procedures and lessons learned
• Responsible for reviewing work order backlog until jobs are moved to “Scheduled”. Ensure that maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental and quality regulations

Requirements

• Knowledge in industrial maintenance (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, Robotic)
• Handling of maintenance management software (Flux System-CMMS)
• Ability to analyze and solve problems (RCA)
• Organization and time management (Leading meetings)
• Communication skills to coordinate with different areas
