Maintenance Engineering Planner, RME India, INRME
The Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner is responsible for asset and spares management, preventive maintenance planning and machine history data. They are the site lead for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software and are required to extract information from it to support site engineering team
Key job responsibilities
-Use analytics to drive insights into existing/new projects and improvement programs in the network
-Required to travel 30-40% of work hours for site audits across India
Key job responsibilities
- Be the regional/country Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software, train the local site teams in its use and escalate issues as required to the Global team.
- Ensure the system is running in line with Global RME standards and participate in coordinated projects and improvement programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports.
- Ensure site level equipment, spare parts information and related cost are correctly recorded in the system.
- Ensure the system accurately forecasts and assigns all required preventative and predictive maintenance to technicians within the team to provide a high level of equipment availability to our internal customers.
- Compile equipment information, performance metrics and machine histories and make recommendations for improvements based on their findings.

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of using a computer maintenance management system in planning, scheduling and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of working with enterprise asset management software suite experience
- Experience in material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance
- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership, or experience managing teams
