Description and Requirements

Job Duties:

• Coordinate day-to-day operational matters across the business.

• Monitor ongoing work, priorities, deadlines and outstanding matters.

• Follow up with internal teams and external parties to ensure matters are completed on time.

• Coordinate internal approvals, documentation and operational processes.

• Maintain organized records, trackers and business documentation.

• Prepare operational reports and updates for management.

• Prepare management reports for managers and data analysis.

• Manage and analyze business data to produce clear timely reports that support management decisions.

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Support management on operational matters and business projects as required.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as the role develops.

Job Requirements:

• A recognized university degree in related disciplines with minimum 5 years' relevant working experience.

• At least 5 years' relevant working experience, preferably in ICT industry.

• Less than 5 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered as Project Management Coordinator.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Capability of multi-tasking and a problem-solving mindset.

• A team player with positive attitude, proactive, detailed, result oriented mindset, good sense of responsibility, fast learner, flexibility, able to change, able to work independently and under pressure.

• Excellent knowledge in MS Office including Word, Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, Marco, etc.), PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, AI tools, etc.
