Description and Requirements

Job duties

• Facility Monitoring: Oversee data center infrastructure including power, cooling, fire suppression systems, and coordinate preventive maintenance with vendors.

• Incident & Problem Management: Act as the first point of escalation, coordinating responses to incidents and assisting in problem resolution.

• Access Control: Manage visitor entry and equipment movement to ensure strict compliance with security protocols.

• Environmental Patrols: Conduct routine inspections to maintain a safe and efficient operating environment.

• Helpdesk Support: Provide timely assistance to users by handling inquiries, requests, and troubleshooting issues.

• Operational Support: Assist with inventory checks, site maintenance, and preparation of operational reports

Job requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in a relevant discipline

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations (candidates with less experience may also be considered)

• Customer-oriented with passion, patience, and caring attitude.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• A team player with positive attitude, proactive, detail and result oriented mindset, fast learner, able to change, able to work independently and under pressure.

• Willingness to work on a 24/7 shift rotation
