Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily Airport Network Services network operations and maintenance activities to ensure service stability and performance.
- Lead engineers in incident troubleshooting, service restoration, and technical support activities.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for network, Wi-Fi, firewall, and security-related issues.
- Review and approve change plans, configurations, implementation procedures, and rollback plans.
- Coordinate closely with client, SOCC, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage manpower planning, task allocation, shift handovers, and follow-up of outstanding issues.
- Support maintenance activities, failover drills, disaster recovery exercises, and emergency incidents.
- Maintain operation procedures, technical documentation, and service records to ensure compliance and knowledge retention.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Huawei switching and routing technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting experience in enterprise networking environments, including firewalls, wireless networks, and network security.
