Description and Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Control Tower Analyst. This role involves managing the flow of operations in our Logistics Control Tower, ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Position is based in KSA supporting logistics operations with monitoring and providing full visibility for all Lenovo shipments over all MOT's with nominated 3PL Carrier plus arranging receiving and arranging expedite solutions for Lenovo shiments at the request of Supply Chain Team. Supporting communication between 3PL and Lenovo internal workstreams
Control Tower Person Duties:
- Support team members monitoring and tracking of the shipment over all MOT’s
- Cover control tower team to track and monitor the movement of goods, shipments, or other critical activities in real time.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Generate and maintain reports on operational performance, making sure they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Provide logistical support to resolve issues and bottlenecks that may arise.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying potential issues and recommending solutions.
Job Requirement:
- Proficient English knowledge both in written and verbal communication
- High attention to details
- Ability to prioritize based on importance/ urgency
- Some SAP functional experience is preferred, not mandatory
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office
