**Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-centric Logistics Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of shipments, ensuring that our supply chain operates with maximum efficiency. You will act as a vital link between material suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, while providing proactive communication and data-driven insights to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Logistics Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate international and domestic shipments by collaborating with material suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
  • Manage the full "Track and Trace" process, monitoring orders from initial entry through to final customer delivery.
  • Proactively identify potential shipment issues and implement fast resolutions to maintain strict delivery schedules.

2. Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Perform detailed analysis of sales orders, inventory levels, and purchase orders to optimize flow.
  • Conduct demand analysis to anticipate customer needs and provide value-added suggestions for service enhancement.
  • Measure and analyze End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor order fulfillment data to ensure "On-Time Delivery" (OTD) targets are consistently met.

3. System Management & Reporting

  • Maintain SAP system integrity for all purchasing activities, including order creation, vendor confirmations, invoice reception, and fulfillment tracking.
  • Structure and present complex logistics data into clear status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Provide excellent and timely responses to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain proactive communication channels with both internal departments and external partners to ensure transparency.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

  • Experience: Proven experience in logistics coordination and supply chain analysis.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SAP (MM and SD modules) is essential.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (expert level in pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, and data visualization).
  • Education: Strong background in Mathematics and Statistics applied to business or supply chain environments.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) for international coordination.
