Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Partner Ecosystem Operations Manager to join our Global Life Sciences Acceleration Hub. Sitting within the Partner Strategy & Compliance team, you will own operational compliance for our Systems Integrator (SI) partners. Your primary focus will be ensuring that every active Life Sciences partner meets the certification, knowledge, and delivery quality standards required to execute successful implementations.
In this role, you will be a driving force behind the partner compliance function. You will maintain real-time visibility into partner readiness, distribute critical enablement resources, and proactively identify compliance gaps. Your work ensures that our global partner ecosystem remains deployment-ready, directly supporting our portfolio health and broader business growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage SI certification status across all active Life Sciences partners, continuously identifying and escalating knowledge gaps or compliance risks.
- Monitor partner adherence to project governance standards, RACI frameworks, and delivery best practices across the implementation portfolio.
- Maintain and optimize partner compliance tracking dashboards, ensuring leadership has accurate, real-time data for decision-making.
- Distribute technical blueprints, governance onboarding kits, and quick-start guides, ensuring partners receive the appropriate resources at the correct stage of the implementation lifecycle.
- Coordinate the logistics, material preparation, and follow-up tracking for partner workshops and enablement sessions in collaboration with Partner Sales.
- Collect, document, and route structured product feedback from partner-led accounts to the Product Engagement team to help inform product iteration and roadmap development.
- Identify and escalate partner-related implementation issues or quality failures to the Ecosystem Lead in a timely, well-documented manner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in partner operations, ecosystem management, compliance tracking, or a related operational role.
- Demonstrated experience managing compliance tracking systems, certification statuses, or delivery standards for external partners.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining operational tracking dashboards using CRM reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, CRM Analytics).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively alongside Sales, Product, and Intelligence teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document complex operational gaps and present data clearly to leadership.
- Experience managing the distribution of enablement materials, onboarding kits, or process guidelines to external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working directly with a global Systems Integrator (SI) ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Life Sciences technology or cloud-based software implementations.
- Experience with project and program management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Asana) to manage workflows and documentation.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity and automation tools (e.g., Agentforce, Slack AI, Einstein Copilot, Gemini) to optimize outreach and tracking processes.
