Description and Requirements

The LGFS Business Development Manager, META will own business growth and funded-volume performance across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa, with a particular focus on developing new business in Saudi Arabia. This is a customer-facing sales role for an experienced asset-finance or leasing professional who can introduce Lenovo Global Financial Services solutions to customers, partners and internal sales teams. The preferred location is Saudi Arabia; Dubai or another suitable regional hub may be considered, subject to business and hiring requirements. Regular travel across the territory and collaboration with international stakeholders will be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own LGFS business development and funded-volume performance across the assigned META territory.
  • Build a qualified pipeline and acquire new customers, with a strong emphasis on greenfield growth in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify, structure and progress financing, leasing, subscription and consumption-based opportunities supporting Lenovo products, services, solutions and TruScale offerings.
  • Engage customer executives, finance teams, procurement leaders and IT decision-makers to position financing as a strategic sales enabler.
  • Partner with Lenovo sales and services teams to identify opportunities, support customer engagements and increase LGFS penetration.
  • Develop and enable relationships with channel organizations, financial institutions and local funding partners across the region.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate complex opportunities with legal, credit, finance, operations and other internal stakeholders through contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast information in D365, track business performance and ensure adherence to relevant policies, partner requirements and regulatory obligations.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience in business, finance, economics, commerce or a related field.
  • Demonstrable professional experience in asset finance or leasing, including the ability to explain and position relevant financing structures.
  • Proven success in business development, consultative sales or customer acquisition within vendor finance, banking, financial services or a comparable environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with the ability to conduct customer meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations in both languages.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi, Gulf or wider META commercial environment; experience working across multiple countries is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party funders, financial institutions, channel partners or technology vendors is advantageous.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation and negotiation capabilities, with the confidence to engage both customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize across a large and culturally varied territory, develop new markets and travel regularly as business needs require.
