The Lenovo Accelerated Sales Rotational (LASR) Internship Program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global technology leader while contributing to meaningful business initiatives. If you're eager to learn, curious about technology and AI, and interested in solving real-world business challenges, we encourage you to apply.

As a LASR Intern, you'll work alongside professionals across Lenovo's business units, engage with strategic projects, and develop skills that prepare you for future careers in technology, sales, operations, and business leadership.

Internship Experience

Interns may be placed in one of the following business areas:

  • Customer Experience (CX)
  • Sales Support
  • Marketing
  • Technical Client Advisory
  • Product, Programs, and Partner Management
  • Finance
  • Supply Chain

Responsibilities will vary depending on placement but may include:

  • Supporting strategic business initiatives and operational projects
  • Analyzing data and developing business recommendations
  • Collaborating across teams to improve customer, partner, and employee experiences
  • Leveraging AI-enabled tools and technologies to increase productivity and business impact
  • Contributing to customer engagement, sales enablement, and business transformation efforts
  • Participating in professional development and networking opportunities

Program Details

Location: Morrisville, NC

Summer Internship Duration: May 17, 2027 – July 23, 2027
(Dates may be flexible.)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
  • Ability to live in or commute to Morrisville, NC throughout the internship.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.
  • Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and business transformation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or involvement in academic, professional, campus, or community activities.
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions.
  • Adaptability, learning agility, and a growth mindset.
  • Customer-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills.
