Position Overview
Are you a strategic learning partner who thrives at the intersection of technology adoption and business transformation? As a Learning Architect, you'll partner with Siemens country organizations across EMEA to develop, position, and deliver high-impact Learning and Adoption solutions for our most strategic customer engagements. You'll combine consultative selling, learning architecture, customer engagement, and delivery leadership to drive customer success and business growth across the region. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with country organizations throughout the full opportunity lifecycle—from qualification and solution definition through statement of work creation, project execution, and value realization
- Design and architect scalable, customer-centric Learning and Adoption solutions that align with transformation objectives and drive measurable business outcomes
- Lead consultative workshops and strategic discussions with customers and internal stakeholders to define learning, adoption, enablement, and organizational change strategies
- Develop and present compelling customer proposals, statements of work, project scope definitions, and service estimates that position Learning and Adoption services as strategic value drivers
- Deliver and guide complex engagements with hands-on involvement when needed, ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction
- Build organizational capability by coaching, mentoring, and sharing best practices across country teams, enabling local teams to grow their own expertise
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design, consulting, customer engagement, and solution selling within technology or transformation environments
- Proven expertise in learning programs, learning strategy, adoption enablement, organizational change management, and capability building
- Strong track record creating and presenting customer proposals, statements of work, and service offerings
- Ability to lead workstreams within complex digital transformation or technology implementation programs
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence in executive-level presentations and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Fluency in navigating matrix organizations, working across distributed teams, and influencing stakeholders across functions, countries, and cultures
- Strategic and hands-on mindset—comfortable operating at both the strategic planning level and in execution, with flexibility to contribute directly to delivery when required
Nice to have
- Experience working with PLM solutions or digital transformation programs
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or learning experience platforms

Compensation & Benefits
The primary locations for this opportunity are France, UK, Italy, and Spain. The applicable salary ranges for these locations are:
Min 78.500 - Max 157.000 EUR (France)
Min 69.700 - 139.400 GBP (UK)
Min 64.100 - Max 128.200 EUR (Italy)
Min 67.100 - 120.800 EUR (Spain)
This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
