Lead Training Coordinator
Description
We are looking for a high energy individual that demonstrates excellence. The Training Lead must be a role model for attendance and positivity and have the ability to influence their peers to strive for perfection. They will act as a liaison between the training and leadership teams and provide theoretical and hands-on training to the production population.Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations in training area(s) and assist in facilitating hands-on and classroom training as needed
- Ensures safety procedures/protocols are being adhered to by trainers and trainees to promote and maintain a safe work environment. Maintains 5S standards in the training environments to ensure parts, tools, and materials are properly maintained and in good working condition. Supports and leads continuous improvement activities in safety, quality, cost, and efficiency in the factory and training areas by evaluating team, processes, and equipment
- Escalates issues that arise and works to communicate best methods and practices. Creates standard work for the training team to ensure quality training is being practiced. Coaches peers to ensure they are delivering quality training by maintaining excitement, knowledge, and positive reinforcement to trainees
- Encourages excellence in peers by holding them accountable to do the right things even when no one is looking. Excels in their knowledge of the shop(s) they support and encourages others to do the same
- Measure and monitor the success of trainings and satisfaction of trainees; based on results, drive continuous improvement to content and delivery. Able to work independently with little supervision and develop the team to do the same
- Sends out New Hire reports and communication to leadership team and shops. Maintain and teach Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning)
- Must be a problem solver, and be able to adjust in a moment’s notice. Must create a team environment, listen to ideas, and provide and accept feedback from team. They must always strive to better the training experience
Requirements
- Must be extremely knowledgeable of the shop(s) they support, ideally with manager recommendation
- Experience working in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledgeable with Kronos and Workday. Previous Lead experience highly desired, but not required. Must have a positive attitude and excellent attendance record. Able to influence peers to strive for excellence in Training
- Flexibility in schedule with possibility of working different hours and weekends when needed. Must have problem solving ability
- Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal

Expected Compensation
- Training Coordinator III - $33.09 - $38.46/hour
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
