We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, support, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials (AR, FA, GL, AP, PO and EPM), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), reporting technologies, and emerging Oracle AI capabilities.

This role will work closely with Finance stakeholders to drive enterprise initiatives, implement scalable Oracle Fusion solutions, automate business processes, and provide strategic guidance for global Oracle Cloud deployments. The consultant will own end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering through production support while ensuring adherence to Oracle leading practices and SOX-compliant controls.

Note :- This role requires availability from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. IST, with additional support for period-close activities, non-production refreshes, patches, and upgrades.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP Financials implementation and support experience.
• Minimum two full lifecycle Oracle Financial implementations, including at least one Oracle Fusion Financials implementation.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations with global financial operations.
• Proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud deployments.

• Design and deliver all aspects of new Oracle Cloud Financials implementations and required changes to existing applications.
• Develop system requirements, design, prototype, implement, and rollout solutions.
• Write and maintain clear, concise functional and technical specifications for Cloud Financials applications and business system processes.
• Configure Financials applications as needed to support solution designs.
• Proactively and frequently communicate with customers to build and maintain a solid working relationship.
• Integrate Oracle Cloud Financials applications with current and future business processes.
• Optimize manual and automated processes within Financials applications.
• Work on other EPM Cloud and Fusion Financials Cloud.
• Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions to support highly complex business requirements.
• Lead and conduct CRP, SIT and UAT.
• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables.
• Support business transformation through continuous system improvement.
• Oversee Oracle Service Request management and escalate priority issues

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
