Tesla is seeking a curious, engaging, and driven Latin America Regional Manager, Approved Collision Centers to join the Tesla Approved Collision Center team. You will lead Tesla in our program development and expansion of Tesla Approved Collision Centers across Latin America. This position will collaborate with third party collision centers on behalf of Tesla customers to return their vehicle to its originally engineered state of safety, performance, and aesthetics in the fastest and most economical manner. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identification, growth, and performance of Tesla Approved Collision Center locations in Latin America within established markets and future market expansions
  • Establishing market specific operating standards and ensuring all certified locations meet and maintain all requirements for certification such as tooling, training, and legal documentation
  • Consistent timely communication with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to perform as a team member on multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with high expectations for quality
  • Ensure customers within the region are getting an excellent repair experience by monitoring ongoing repairs
  • Lead in standardizing processes, improve resource management, and developing operational Key Performance Indicators and reporting
  • Approximately 25% travel domestically or internationally

Requirements

  • 10+ years of collision or auto insurance industry experience in Latin America and an industry expert in Latin American Collision and Insurance industries
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Experience leading a team and achieving key performance metrics and organizational goals
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service, and work with multiple levels of the organization from senior management to external contractors
  • Superior communication skills, written and oral, with attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office
  • Strong strategic planning, organizational and change management skills with ability to work independently
