Description and Requirements
Job Description:
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, manufacturing teams, and global stakeholders to expedite or reschedule urgent shipment for critical material and resolve supply issues.
- Support order management, shipment tracking, and inventory balancing activities.
- Interlock with GSM/GCM/Supplier on material master data, customs registration or pricing issue.
- Close shipment or material issue (unmatched quantity, quality issue, cargo incident) with supplier.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve ASN quality, ETA accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Place and manage purchasing order, resolve related exceptional case with supplier.
- Take KSA focal on behalf of Site Buyer team and support the development of future digital capabilities within the KSA Site Buyer.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, logistics, or related operations.
- Detailed-minded, self-initiative, strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to manage relationship with supplier.
- Dedicated team player and proactive learner.
- Good command of written and spoken English is required and Arabic language capability is highly preferred.
- Ability to write code is preferred, code include but not limited to: Macro(VB), SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.
