Description and Requirements

Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Supply Chain IT Engineer to support the delivery of Supply Chain IT projects and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has a background in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines, with a strong interest in supply chain operations and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the implementation and support of Supply Chain IT projects.
Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support solution delivery.
Support applications related to Supply Chain Planning, ERP, Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), and other supply chain platforms.
Learn and apply AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve supply chain processes and operational efficiency.
Contribute to project documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
0-3 years of working experience; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong interest in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Digital Transformation.
Basic understanding of enterprise systems, databases, software development, or system integration concepts.
Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Copilot, or Agent technologies is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and learning agility.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English for daily work and collaboration with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Internship or project experience related to Supply Chain, ERP, AI, or enterprise applications.
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder (JDA), WMS, or TMS is a plus.
Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power Platform, or data analytics tools is preferred.
