Description and Requirements

Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Supply Chain IT Engineer to support the delivery of Supply Chain IT projects and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has a background in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines, with a strong interest in supply chain operations and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the implementation and support of Supply Chain IT projects.
  • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support solution delivery.
  • Support applications related to Supply Chain Planning, ERP, Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), and other supply chain platforms.
  • Learn and apply AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve supply chain processes and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to project documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of working experience; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong interest in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Digital Transformation.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise systems, databases, software development, or system integration concepts.
  • Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Copilot, or Agent technologies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and learning agility.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English for daily work and collaboration with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or project experience related to Supply Chain, ERP, AI, or enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder (JDA), WMS, or TMS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power Platform, or data analytics tools is preferred.
