(Junior) Cash Collector with Dutch - (m/f/d)

As part of our international Order-to-Cash team, you will be responsible for actively managing outstanding receivables. You will help ensure that our customers pay on time – using tact, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
Your responsibilities:
- Analysis of outstanding receivables and proactive contact with customers
- Clarification of overdue payments and documentation in the system (e.g. CCMT)
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Order Management, Accounting, and Sales
- Support with escalations and process improvements

What you should bring:
- Very good Dutch language skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of English is a great advantage.
