Responsibilities

(Immediately after hiring)

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish and continuously improve an ISO 14001 Environmental Protection Management System and an ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management system.
  • Establish the ESH culture at the JASM Fab, enhance the Fab’s ESH program, and ensure the Fab is in full compliance with all applicable ESH regulation and requirements.
  • Provide technical, regulatory and process guidance to address emerging ESH issues.
  • Develop a Contractor ESH management program.
  • Facilitate ESH training in order to enhance ESH awareness for employees and contractors
  • Conduct Job Hazard Assessments, perform workplace evaluations, implement corrective ESH actions, review new Fab processes for ESH compliance , evaluate new TSMC machinery, and inspect waste management status.
  • Communicate inspection results and associated recommendations.
  • Organize and facilitate Fab site Safety Committee activities.
  • Demonstrate the TSMC JASMESH performance index to all levels of the organization.
  • Work closely with the Facility Department to continually lower the impact of the Fab on the environment.
  • New fab construction safety patrol and vendors management

(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a Major in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science¸ or Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Relevant EHS experience, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Be able to effectively work independently and as a team player to resolve FAB ESH issues.
  • Knowledge of current safety and loss control practices is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • With construction safety management experience is better.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Japanese, English , Chinese is plus.

Working Conditions
1.Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2.Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30

4.Commuting allowance: Actual expenses (maximum 50,000 yen/month), Housing allowance (In accordance with company's regulations)
