Responsibilities

(Immediately after hiring)

The candidate will be responsible for cash management under the finance director/manager with responsibilities including:

  • Responsible for timely managing payments and collections
  • Perform cash management functions and maintain records of transactions
  • Manage and maintain bank accounts for daily and monthly bank reconciliation
  • Handle banking related activities (e.g. bank account opening, loan facility application, etc.)
  • Conduct closing activities (monthly, quarterly and annual) and prepare management reports
  • Ensure full compliance on company policies regarding cash management processes.
  • Co-work with HQ colleagues to align interest on procedures and policies.
  • Seek for yield enhancement opportunities and support operation system improvement
  • Conduct planning and budgeting of cash flow on a timely basis
  • Handle special projects as assigned and collaborate with the corresponding teams

(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor or above degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ related experience
  • Self-motivated with an innately curious personality and a desire to learn
  • Ability to work independently with accuracy and in a timely manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Japanese language proficiency
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with good oral and written ability in 1). English and/or 2). Mandarin
  • Good team player and detail oriented
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multinational company is preferred.
  • SAP experience is a plus​​

※Short term travel to Taiwan for training may be required.

Working Conditions

  1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
  2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
  3.
