IT Security Technical Manager
Job Responsibilities
1. Security Architecture & Design: Responsible for the security design, review, and optimization of Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), SaaS services, and Internet DMZ network boundaries and system architectures.
2. Risk Assessment & Management: Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments on existing and new IT systems and cloud services; identify potential threats and propose actionable mitigation plans.
3. IT Collaboration: Act as the primary InfoSec liaison to work closely with corporate IT, Local IT and RSO IT teams, ensuring security policies and controls are seamlessly integrated into daily IT operations and architectures.
4. Security Project Management: Lead and manage security-related projects, overseeing project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and execution to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
5. Technical Consultation: Provide professional security guidance and advisory to internal teams regarding cloud security, network security, and SaaS integration.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1. Work Experience: 15+ years of professional experience in IT and/or Information Security.
2. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or an IT-related field.3. Core Technical Expertise:
(1) Strong familiarity with security architectures and controls of major Public Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
(2) Solid understanding of SaaS security integration, identity management (SSO, MFA, SAML), and data protection.
(3) Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of Internet DMZ, firewalls, network segmentation, and boundary defense designs.
4.Soft Skills:
(1) Project management capabilities with the ability to drive cross-functional projects independently.
(2) Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex security concepts into actionable tasks for IT teams.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Professional security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CEH).
2. Public Cloud security certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security, Azure Security Engineer).
3. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP).
