Information Technology (IT) acts as an internal function the developing, running, and maintaining of the IT systems and platforms Nokia is running on. Develops and maintains applications to meet the business needs of the organisation. Covers the performance and monitoring of day-to-day database and system activities as well as the provision of remote support to users regarding hardware and software problems.

Qualifications

  • 4 - 6 years of Management experience / Achieved advanced skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organisational practices and precedents. 
  • Next to management skills a very good experience with AI solutions in general, as a user and development and implementation skills and experience are required. Furthermore, deep understanding of Atlassian Cloud solutions is a mandatory pre-requisite. Some experience in Data privacy and data governance and GDPR would be greatly appreciated.

Nice to have: 

  • Experience in Java 8/11

    • Experience with Maven

      • Experience in Gherkin, JUnit

        • Experience in JavaScript

        • Experience with SQL queries, REST API 

        • Experience in Groovy and Python 

      • CI/CD pipelines

      • MCP server and Atlassian MCP server
         

Responsibilities

  • Drives enhancements in own area and develops technical innovations for business needs. 
  • Creates implementation roadmaps in line with the product strategy. 
  • Runs the performance excellence with Operations team and provides area expertise to solve business escalations.
  • Ensures that the business escalations are managed within IT and contributes to the lessons learned created.
  • Collaborates with Operations team to deliver best in class products.
