Overview

The ISV Partner Solution Sales Manager (PSS) is responsible for driving revenue growth through Microsoft's Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystem by accelerating Co-sell opportunities, Azure consumption, Marketplace adoption, and AI solution sales. Working closely with Microsoft Customer Account Teams, ISV Partner Development Managers where the PSS leads sales execution, pipeline acceleration, and strategic deal management to deliver measurable business impact.

As a trusted sales leader, you will help partners build and execute winning go-to-market strategies, drive Marketplace-first motions, and accelerate customer transformation through Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute partner sales and territory plans aligned to Microsoft business priorities.
  • Drive Co-sell pipeline growth and progression through the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM).
  • Manage strategic opportunities and accelerate deal velocity from qualification to close.
  • Lead pipeline reviews, forecasting, and business performance tracking.

Co-Sell & Partner Growth

  • Build and execute joint sales motions with ISV partners and Microsoft Account Team sales representatives.
  • Drive inbound referrals, Co-sell pipeline creation, and qualified opportunity and progress to closure.
  • Coach partners and sales teams to improve referral quality and sales execution.
  • Facilitate collaboration between partner and Microsoft sales organisations to remove blockers and accelerate wins.

Marketplace & AI Acceleration

  • Champion Marketplace-first sales motions and transactable Marketplace offers.
  • Drive Marketplace revenue, MACC consumption, and renewal growth.
  • Lead AI and Agentic application conversations with customers and partners.
  • Position Microsoft Cloud, Azure AI, Copilot, and partner-built AI solutions to accelerate customer outcomes.

Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Build trusted relationships with partner executives and Microsoft sales leaders.
  • Align partner business priorities with Microsoft growth objectives.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to accelerate strategic opportunities and resolve escalations.
  • Act as the primary sales orchestrator for priority partners and top customer opportunities.
Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Experience in enterprise technology sales, partner sales, business development, or cloud solution selling in Denmark.
  • Consultative selling and pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to work across complex partner or customer ecosystems and executive stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Dannish and English languages

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Azure, AI, Data or Microsoft Cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of Co-sell motions, Marketplace, and consumption-based business models.
  • Executive presence and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing strategic partner relationships and large enterprise opportunities.

Partner Solution Sales IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Denmark is kr 841,700.00 - kr 1,433,300.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
