Description and Requirements
The ISG Field Account Executive serves as the primary infrastructure sales leader within assigned Corporate accounts and is responsible for driving growth across Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group portfolio, including AI infrastructure, servers, storage, edge computing, hybrid cloud, software, and services.
This role works closely with Lenovo Client Managers who maintain overall responsibility for the customer relationship across Lenovo's full portfolio, including ISG, IDG, and SSG. The successful candidate will drive Lenovo's strategic growth priorities through account expansion, AI adoption, infrastructure modernization, storage growth, partner-led engagement, and cross-portfolio collaboration while increasing wallet share and customer value within assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned Corporate accounts.
- Drive adoption of Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions portfolio including AI, servers, storage, edge, hybrid cloud, software, and services.
- Create, qualify, and close new business opportunities while executing a land-and-expand strategy.
- Articulate Lenovo's ISG value proposition, innovation, services capabilities, and competitive advantages.
- Lead customer discussions focused on modernization, resiliency, AI adoption, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
- Build trusted relationships with executive, business, and technical decision-makers.
- Partner closely with Client Managers to develop and execute coordinated account strategies.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Sales, Product Specialists, Services teams, and Channel Partners to develop differentiated customer solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer business objectives, workloads, and infrastructure requirements.
- Support assessments, workshops, demonstrations, executive briefings, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Drive competitive displacement opportunities and increase Lenovo market share.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting and business planning.
- Achieve or exceed assigned revenue, growth, and pipeline objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into Healthcare systems, provider organizations, research institutions, or Fortune 1000 Corporate accounts.
- Knowledge of healthcare modernization initiatives, AI infrastructure, hybrid cloud, storage, virtualization, and data center technologies.
- Experience with solution-based consultative selling methodologies.
- Proven success selling infrastructure, healthcare IT, cloud, storage, AI, data center, or related enterprise technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop pipeline and close strategic enterprise opportunities.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving executive and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed sales environment.
- Ability to travel throughout the Northeast region.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 123,060–188,646 USD. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
