Investigations Specialist, Seller Flex
Amazon.in's Seller Flex program team is seeking a highly motivated Investigation Specialist to help manage daily operational aspects supporting both our Merchant and Customer experience. Our teams' objective is to provide the capability for merchants to obtain the benefit of Fulfillment by Amazon, including all the superior performance of Amazon’s shipping and customer service. SF is a highly visible and strategic program within Amazon. This is a chance to work in an innovative team, participating in operational excellence, system support, process and design that span the entire company. The Investigation Specialist will support Sellers, Associates, and Management while ensuring program standards for individual and team performance are met. **The position is open for L3s Only**
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Own the Program, define and achieve KPIs; Drive performance improvement initiatives.
2. Ability to pull data and perform deep-dives and root-cause analysis as needed.
3. Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects to reduce defects and improve the delivery experience for Amazon customers.
4. Very good communication, both verbal and written to regularly provide business updates during weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.
5. Communicate with stakeholders to share regular updates, resolve blockers and deliver programs/initiatives on time.
6. Must be able to systematically escalate problems to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
Preferred Qualifications
