The Unit Process Development Intern will support engineers in daily development and improvement activities related to semiconductor Pre-Assembly processes. The internship provides hands-on exposure to wafer manufacturing operations, process development, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. The intern will also have the opportunity to lead a process improvement project focused on the wafer storage system

Key responsibilities in your new role

Engineering and Process Development Support

  • Assist engineers in conducting experiments and process development activities for Pre-Assembly processes.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting of process development results.
  • Participate in process monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and development reports.
  • Support qualification runs and process characterization activities.

Process Areas

  • The intern will gain exposure to:
  • Wafer Sawing
  • Wafer Grinding
  • Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or any other related field.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.
  • Minimum 3 months of internship. 
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Demonstrates knowledge in semiconductor industry.
  • Demonstrates interest to learn new technology and tools
