Internship, Program Manager, Territory (Winter/Spring 2027)
Description
This position is expected to start January 2027 and continue through Winter/Spring term (ending approximately May 2027) or continuing into Summer 2027 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week) and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Intern to join our North America Sales and Delivery Operations team.In this role, you will support Territory Operations across budgets, headcount, showroom standards, supply, and team follow-up. You’ll build decks, help integrate AI into workflows, and contribute to programs that strengthen execution,results, and team cohesion across the region.
Responsibilities
- Support Territory Operations priorities including budgets, headcount, showroom standards, and supply
- Create and update Excel trackers and PowerPoint decks for leadership reviews
- Leverage AI tools to streamline reporting, follow-ups, and operational workflows
- Coordinate team follow-up and support cross-functional execution
- Assist in building programs that improve performance, consistency, and team cohesion
- Contribute to data analysis and process improvements across Sales and Delivery Operations
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business or an equivalent graduate program (e.g., Business Analytics, Information Systems) with a strong technical and analytical foundation or related
- Experience using AI tools to improve speed and quality of work
- Advanced Excel formatting and data handling skills
- Strong PowerPoint skills; able to create polished, executive-level presentations
- Self-directed, organized, and able to manage work with minimal oversight
- Potential to extend into a longer-term opportunity based on performance

Expected Compensation
$16.35 - $26.92 + benefitsPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
