Your role
Work directly with our specialist departments and users to develop practical adoption concepts and actively shape the future of work with Microsoft 365 and artificial intelligence.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Exploration: Investigate new ways of working with Microsoft 365 and artificial intelligence
- Adoption: Develop formats for communication, enablement, and sustainable adoption
- Playbook: Contribute to creating a digital playbook
- Tooling: Build small digital tools such as Microsoft 365 solutions and automations
- Projects: Take independent ownership of small projects with direct customer contact
- Workshops: Prepare and follow up on meetings and workshops and translate outcomes into clear next steps
Further Information:
Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time or Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: 6 months
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program, for example business, information technology, engineering, or a comparable field
- Microsoft 365: Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint and Teams
- Artificial Intelligence: Interest and initial experience in artificial intelligence and digital tools
- Learning: Strong interest in technology and ability to learn quickly
- Work Style: Structured and independent way of working
- Mindset: Thinks ahead and questions existing solutions, contributes simple and pragmatic ideas, enjoys improving and simplifying how things are done, team-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- Language Skills: Good command of English

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf).
