We are looking for a motivated Product Engineering Intern to join our NAND Validation/Characterization team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in the Functional and Design Validation (FDV) of advanced NAND products, working alongside experienced engineers on silicon and simulation-based validation, characterization, automation, and data-driven engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of functional and design validation tests for advanced NAND products on silicon and simulation platforms.
  • Assist in developing and running usage-case tests and random sequence validation tests to verify NAND commands and features.
  • Participate in debug and failure analysis activities to investigate validation issues and support root-cause identification.
  • Support NAND performance, timing, and power characterization activities.
  • Develop and enhance automation scripts and tools using Python, C/C++, or other programming languages to improve engineering productivity.
  • Apply AI assisted technique to enhance validation efficiency, coverage analysis, and failure triage.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in: Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related Engineering disciplines
  • Basic understanding of digital design, semiconductor devices, or computer architecture.
  • Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Perl
  • Interest in semiconductor validation, automation, data analytics, or AI/ML applications.

Technical Skills (Preferred)

  • Basic understanding of semiconductor testing and validation
  • Verilog/SystemVerilog (advantageous)
  • Programming: C/C++, Python/Perl
  • Data analysis and visualization
  • Scripting and automation
  • AI/ML or data analytics exposure (advantageous)

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently with guidance from mentors
  • Curious and eager to explore new technologies and engineering challenges
