Join the 2027 FIS University Summer Internship Program!
As a 2027 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full-time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on May 31, 2027 and conclude on August 6, 2027.
About the team:
The Client Services team serves as a trusted partner to clients throughout their journey with FIS solutions. Team members build strong customer relationships, provide operational support, coordinate issue resolution, and help clients maximize the value of their products and services. Working closely with internal partners across product, implementation, operations, and support functions, the team delivers a seamless client experience while driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
What you will be doing:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely support and coordinating issue resolution with internal teams.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding customer needs and ensuring a high-quality service experience.
- Analyze client requests, account activity, and service trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client outcomes.
- Assist with onboarding activities, service reviews, product education, and adoption initiatives to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track client issues, monitor service performance, and contribute to successful client retention efforts.
What you bring:
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study included but not limited to Business Administration, Communications, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, Data Analytics
- Rising Senior (graduating December 2027 through May 2028)
- Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
