Apply
Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) creates custom advertising experiences for the world's biggest brands across Amazon's canvas (Alexa, Fire TV, Prime Video, Twitch, Brand Stores, and more). We're looking for an Interactive Experience Designer to join our Technology Experience (TEX) team.

This role is part UX design, part visual design, part build. You're the connective tissue between the campaign vision and the finished experience. You bring solid design intuition and a hunger for innovation to every project, and you can bring design-based problem-solving skills to the table at every step of a campaign's life. You translate client objectives and creative feedback into bar-raising design solutions that enhance our customers' lives, then bring those solutions to life in Figma and Webflow.

Key job responsibilities
You work alongside other Interactive Designers, Art Directors and Writers to design mocks for the physical and digital components of a campaign experience. You bring the skeleton framework to the campaign build, plus the campaign skin that makes the pitch believable. You own the customer journey and wireframe components.

As a campaign moves into production, you:

- Ensure art direction and copy elements are translated into visual design through layout, typography, and CX.

- Conduct user testing as needed to dive deep into customer behavior and inform design decisions.

- Ensure client asset delivery is accurate and optimized for creative use.

- Design high-fidelity layouts in Figma and build production-ready pages in Webflow, owning the experience from comp to code.

- Deliver bar-raising pre-production design files for creative and client review.

- Incorporate internal and client feedback with speed and skill.

- Work closely with the DT on file hand-off to ensure the experience is elevated at every step, with an eye towards accessibility standards.

A day in the life
You might start your morning reviewing a creative brief for an entertainment brand's Prime Video takeover, then jump into Figma to iterate on high-fidelity layouts for a QSR campaign landing page. After lunch, you're building a production page in Webflow while syncing with your Design Technologist on component hand-off and accessibility. Later, you join a creative review with your CD and Art Director to push a pitch concept further, then close out the day prepping mock-ups for a client presentation across two concurrent campaigns.
