Description
As the Inside Sales Supervisor you will play a crucial role in educating, inspiring, and guiding potential Tesla customers through the vehicle and energy configuration and sales process. This team specifically handles financing options, trade-ins, DMV requirements, unique state regulations, delivery scheduling, service, and ensures a world-class customer experience. As the Inside Sales Supervisor, your responsibility is to ensure your team excels in these activities. You will be tasked with continually innovating and improving processes for increased efficiency and a smoother experience for both advisors and customers.Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and cultivate the professional growth of management and staff, ensuring prompt position fulfillment, ongoing performance evaluation, and adherence to Tesla's policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Ensure all employees consistently deliver a best-in-class customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving concerns requiring additional leadership support
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to align on business needs, updates, and strategies, actively demonstrating sales leadership through a visible floor presence and effective role modeling
- Establish and monitor team performance goals, daily audit reports, and compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures
- Oversee employee productivity in Direct Sales, Online Chat, Delivery Functions, Trade-in, Service, and Ownership Outreach
- Foster a positive, inclusive culture that recognizes and rewards hard work, production, and innovation
- Effectively resolve all personnel issues in a timely manner by collaborating with Human Resources and relevant teams, as well as perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in phone sales, customer service, or managing an inbound/outbound contact center environment, or equivalent professional experience
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to make decisions aligned with Tesla standards and information security policies
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools including MS Office, SharePoint, and CRM applications
- Valid driver’s license required

Expected Compensation
$72,000 - $108,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefitsPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
