Infrastructure Engineer - Senior

Position Overview
We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer - Senior (Prague) to provide second-level support for desktop and server infrastructure across our global client base. You will administer Windows and Linux environments, deliver consultative technical services, and maintain strong relationships with customers while adhering to ITIL best practices and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Operations:
• Provide second-level support for all client desktop computing issues (PC Hardware, Windows, Linux, Platform 9)
• Administration of Windows File and Print Servers and Linux-based servers
• Deliver consultative services to highly technical customers, advising on IT technology and methodology choices
• Communicate effectively with end users and peers to resolve support tickets
• Adhere to operations processes and service level agreements, following ITIL best practices
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, from senior executives to individual contributors
• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and professionalism in all aspects of your work, conduct, and appearance
Qualifications
• Advanced Windows Desktop administration (build, optimization, security, virtualization, VPN, auto deployment)
• Advanced Linux Desktop administration (build, optimization, security, virtualization, scripting)
• Windows Server OS expertise (installation, configuration, clustering, Active Directory, Group Policy, monitoring, backup)
• Virtualization platform experience (Workstation, Platform 9)
• ITIL certification or equivalent IT process management knowledge
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship management skills

Our Benefits & Rewards
The salary range for this position is 995,400 to 1,791,800 CZK and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
