Role SummaryAn established performer who consistently applies technical, IT, infrastructure or systems engineering principles to business contexts. Leads small, well-defined projects, continues as a supporting player on complex projects, and actively identifies inefficiencies in existing systems.

Education
- Implemented and deployed engineering design into production in a team environment of at least 5 engineers.
- Built and maintained a project/product in a production environment in public/hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Bachelor's or Master's or equivalent experience.
- Technical degree preferred.
- Understands how projects fit together within their team.
- Understands moderately complex systems.
- Has strength in one language and familiarity in other applicable languages.
- Is familiar with simple API and data access patterns and integration.
- Has familiarity with associated technologies within their specialization as part of the wider ecosystem.
- Broad knowledge of infrastructure with some depth in one area.
- Understands the concepts of managing infrastructure with code.
- Able to configure, operate, and automate cloud IaaS infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of how the teams goals fit a business need.
- Understands OS and system testing tools.
- Debugs infrastructure and 3rd party application issues.
- Helps coordinate stakeholder input and collaboration efforts when developing solutions to issues.
- Thinks broadly and understands how, why and when policies/processes are standardized and when they differ across the organization.
- Completes tasks and/or provides data to support implementation of holistic solutions that forge linkages between structure, people, process and technology.
- Collects information to understand problems and identify their origin.
- Researches precedents and known solutions for basic or routine problems.
- Implements prescribed steps and ensures effective resolution, escalating troubleshooting if needed.
- Develops and tests standard software applications and related programs and procedures to ensure they meet design requirements.

The total cash range for this position in Prague is Kč772,500.00 to Kč1,081,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to Kč1,236,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
