Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 8 years of experience in CNC component manufacturing.

Hands-on experience in CNC programming, tool selection, and machining processes.

Familiarity with Siemens and Fanuc controllers.

Proficiency in NX CAD/CAM software.

Ability to read and interpret machining drawings for heavy-machined components.

Capable of identifying and resolving programming and machining issues to improve productivity, quality, and safety.

Experience in proving out CNC programs, conducting machining trials, and validating program accuracy in coordination with operators and shop supervisors.

Ability to conduct time studies and establish standard times for production and assembly processes.

Understanding of component assembly functions, fits, and clearances through engineering drawings.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
