Indirect Procurement & Purchasing Specialist

You will make a difference by:
- Supporting the end-to-end purchasing process, from requirements and sourcing to Purchase Order follow-up.
- Obtaining and evaluating supplier quotations, supporting negotiations and supplier selection.
- Creating and managing Shopping Carts and Purchase Orders and ensuring purchasing processes are followed correctly.
- Monitoring orders and deliveries, proactively expediting when necessary.
- Supporting supplier setup and master data updates.
- Managing invoice discrepancies and supporting GR/IR and payment-related issues.
- Working closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining reports and providing visibility on purchasing activities.
What you need to succeed:
- Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Order Management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or another ERP system.
- Experience with sourcing, supplier quotations, Purchase Orders and order follow-up.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and data analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An organized and proactive mindset, comfortable working with multiple priorities.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience purchasing indirect materials and services, such as MRO, tools, PPE, office supplies or small services.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
