Description

We are seeking an experienced technician who will be responsible for supporting various tasks in the daily validation and failure analysis work, including test set up, measurement, record test results, etc. In addition, you will also be part of the lab management including EHS, stock management, fleet management, etc.

This role will be based in Malaysia Cyberjaya.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Support test setup, bench setup, or build test racks for validation or analysis purpose.

• Support given tasks such as perform validation test and board measurement.

• Support failure unit issue triage, perform function test, record test results.

• Work with cross-functional team on coordinating parts/components for validation & failure analysis purpose.

• Maintain lab operation including EHS management, stock management, tool management, engineering fleet management, etc.

• Maintain chain-of-custody for customer/field returns and engineering samples.

• Support part of the purchasing and shipping process.

Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience working in manufacturing or PCBA industry.

• Academic degree in related fields such as electronics, automatic control, automotive repair, etc.

• Experienced in troubleshooting automotive low-voltage electrical systems.

• Proficient in using various manual, electric, and other portable tools.

• Able to read and understand electrical schematics.

• Possesses clear communication skills, able to accurately convey problem descriptions to the team, and coordinate action plans.

• Multi-tasking capability, able to work efficiently in a fast-pacing environment and under timeline pressure.

• Equipped basic soldering skill.

• Ability to solder BGA package chips. (preferred)

• Prior experience in laboratory maintenance. (preferred)
