Senior Analyst, Import/Export & HWL (Hardware Library) Inventory Management

Our Import-Export team within Materials and Procurement provides trade compliance support for end-to-end order management and delivery processes. We’re experts in what we do, from assessing global trade risk and providing mitigation strategies, to delivering strategic and tactical support in developing international supply chains, to implementing strategies to reduce import expenses and auditing all documentation.

What you'll achieve:

As a Senior Analyst, you will perform analyses that inform staffing models, SLA targets, inventory optimization, and program decisions. You will maintain dashboards, evidence tracking, inventory accuracy, and reporting metrics. In addition to import/export analytics, you will serve as a key coordinator for Hardware Library (HWL) inventory and material management, ensuring effective asset visibility, lifecycle tracking, and material flow across global lab locations.

Essential Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Operations, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools.
• Ability to translate operational and inventory data into actionable insights.
• Strong organization, inventory control, and documentation skills.
• Experience maintaining inventory records, asset tracking systems, or material management processes.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with trade reporting, broker analytics, inventory management systems, or asset lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting Hardware Library (HWL), Lab Operations, logistics, or material planning functions.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Analyze clearance data, cycle times, inventory utilization, and root causes; build insights and trend analysis to support business decisions.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, inventory records, and executive briefing materials.
• Manage HWL inventory and material tracking processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, asset accountability, and timely movement of hardware across sites.
• Coordinate material requests, asset allocation, inventory audits, cycle counts, and disposition activities throughout the hardware lifecycle.
• Identify workflow improvements and contribute to SOP development and process standardization for both import/export operations and HWL inventory management.
• Support stakeholder communications with clear visuals, reporting, and business narratives.
• Collaborate with global HWL, Lab Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory management and material availability.
