Description and Requirements
Job Description
- Oversee the status of HRIS projects and support prioritization efforts across initiatives.
- Monitor resource allocation and assist with resource planning and management to ensure optimal utilization.
- Support contract and vendor management, including payment tracking, vendor performance review, and contract renewal.
- Track budget versus actual expenses and provide regular budget updates to HRIS leadership.
- Provide strategy support and other top-down initiatives such as process re-engineering to accelerate AI transformation.
- Drive internal team initiatives and proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes.
- Organize and facilitate regular team meetings and communications.
- Coordinate team-building activities and internal events.
- Provide administrative support to the HRIS Director.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3-5 years of PMO or HRIS/HR Digital Transformation experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management & multitasking ability.
- Good sense of data, strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Responsible and self-driven, good behavior of integrity and compliance.
- Good team player and can develop good working relationships with cross-functional teams across the global.
- Skilled at Microsoft office software: Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
- Experience working with MS Copilot or other AI-powered productivity tools is preferred.
