HR People Partner - Tainan
Job Responsibilities
The People Partner is the frontline HR touchpoint, bridging employees and the organization to create a positive and productive work environment. Partnering closely with HRBPs, the People Partner translates HR strategies into on-the-ground execution. As a trusted partner, the People Partner proactively walks alongside employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless HR delivery while continuously elevating service quality and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Employee Lifecycle Service:
(1).Act as the primary HR contact for employees, providing empathetic guidance on policies, procedures, and general inquiries across the employee journey.
(2).Offer timely, accurate advice, translating complex HR information to foster positive interactions and empower employees.
(3).Guide employees through key lifecycle events (e.g., onboarding, transfers, leave, offboarding) and available HR resources/tools.
(4).Address employee concerns, provide initial conflict resolution, and escalate complex issues to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
(5).Oversee execution of employee-facing HR touchpoints to maintain quality throughout the employee lifecycle.
2.Manager Effectiveness:
(1).Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, coaching them on HR policies, best practices for team leadership, and performance management.
(2).Empower managers to effectively navigate HR processes, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
(3).Provide guidance on talent management initiatives and support managers in fostering positive, compliant team environments.
(4).Collaborate with managers to identify and address specific team development needs and operational challenges.
3.HR Operational Excellence:
(1).Identify enhancement opportunities in systematic way and implement process optimization, digitalization, and analytics to enhance HRPP operational efficiency and service delivery.
(2).Collaborate across HR functions to deliver integrated, consistent, and high-quality HRPP services, monitoring performance for continuous improvement.
(3).Demonstrate expert knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor regulations, ensuring consistent and professional application.
(4).Ensure all HRPP activities adhere to data integrity, legal requirements, and company policies, mitigating risks and promoting a fair workplace.
Job Qualifications
1. Master's in HRM, MBA, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields is preferred.
2. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
3. Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS)
4. Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced environments
