YOUR ROLE
Talent Acquisition
- Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, university channels, and other talent platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system or recruitment database.
- Assist in preparing recruitment trackers, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Support internship hiring, campus recruitment, and employer branding activities.
- Help coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding arrangements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the TA team.
Learning & Development
- Support the on-boarding process by coordinating logistics and monitoring trainer availability.
- Assist in training coordination and other Learning & Development administrative activities.
Project Management
- Support Project 1: Learning Needs Analysis via Training Matrix and Demand Planning.
- Support Project 2: Policy Review & Amendment.
- Support Project 3: Development of a manual for system operations for TA and L&D.
- Support Project 4: Conversion of manual forms into a digital platform.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes would be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with Power BI will be an advantage
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 would be an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Science, Law, or a related field
- Internship duration of at least 3–6 months
- Interest in Recruitment, HR operations, or Learning & Development
