Summary

The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the JASM’s HR information system (HRIS) and other Digital HR systems to support HR operations and decision-making.

Responsibilities

(Immediately after hiring)

  1. Act as the point of contact for all HR systems-related queries. Support integrations between HRIS and other business systems (e.g., payroll, time tracking, learning management systems, HR portal).
  2. Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors for HRIS upgrades, implementations, and troubleshooting.
  3. Identify issues and needs based on observations and analysis.
  4. Define requirements and develop proposals.
  5. Admin work for HR related systems including maintenance, configuration changes, testing, troubleshooting, automation.
  6. Analyze HR data based on various business requirements and provide reports to support HR-related decision making.
  7. Understand and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of HRIS experience (understanding of basic Japanese labor law)
  2. Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  4. Ability to understand the business side of an issue and accurately communicate it to related stakeholders
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Business level of Japanese and English
  7. Experience with project management and change management.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Core HR system experience (Company, Success Factors, PeopleSoft)
  2. Understanding of HR procedures from on boarding to exit, experience in HR operations including workforce planning, Recruitment, Time & Attendance, Talent & Performance, and Compensation
  3. HR, IT, Consulting experience in multinational company is preferred
  4. Experience in RPA, BI tools

Working Conditions

  • Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
  • Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
