Job Description:
How you will make your mark:
- Support the implementation and ongoing expansion of the HR Data Lake, including data discovery, analysis, mapping, validation, and governance activities.
- Partner with HR stakeholders, source system owners, IT teams, and the Data Office to define business requirements and data needs.
- Analyze data flows and business processes to ensure accurate movement and transformation of data into enterprise data platforms.
- Support data quality, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities across HR data domains.
- Contribute to the implementation and administration of self-service reporting, visualization, and analytics solutions.
- Develop reporting requirements and collaborate with technical teams to deliver actionable business insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through process redesign, automation, analytics, and technology solutions.
- Support business case development, solution evaluation, and implementation planning for HR transformation initiatives.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects involving HR technology, data management, reporting, and operational improvements.
- Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and drive solution adoption.
- Create business process documentation, data definitions, governance standards, and operational procedures.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to support successful implementation outcomes.
- Partner with HRIS teams on major initiatives requiring cross-functional expertise, including Talent Acquisition and broader HR technology programs.
- Research industry trends, technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Typically 4–7 years of experience in HR technology, business systems analysis, data analytics, business process improvement, or related disciplines.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Experience supporting data, reporting, analytics, or enterprise system implementations.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
