At Amazon, we are committed to being the safest place to work in the world, the best employer, and the most customer-centric company. To get there, we need exceptionally talented and empathetic people who are passionate about making each day better for all employees — and you will play a crucial role in this journey! Our People eXperience & Technology (PXT - Human Resources) professionals care deeply about the employee experience and support employees and leaders in focusing on people through engagement, technology, and innovation.
Key job responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for the PXT (People eXperience and Technology - Human Resources) agenda in an Amazon warehouse located in Cajamar-SP.
The HR generalist role is pivotal in driving business results by seamlessly blending strategic insight with hands-on PXT execution. Through cultivating trusted partnerships with leaders, these professionals adeptly manage complex employee matters, provide targeted coaching on performance and talent development, and actively shape organizational culture. Their multifaceted work significantly enhances the employee experience while ensuring PXT practices align closely with overarching organizational goals. Key responsibilities include spearheading internal communication and employee engagement initiatives, facilitating leadership development programs from supervisor to managerial levels, overseeing labor and employee relations issues, consolidating and analyzing critical HR metrics (e.g., absenteeism, attrition, fill rates), indirectly managing employee services such as shuttle transportation and food services, developing continuous improvement plans for employee experience, and designing and executing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs. This holistic approach ensures that the HR generalist role is instrumental in fostering a productive, inclusive, and engaging work environment that supports overall organizational success.
