Your mission will be…

  • Administration of recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
  • Preparation, monitoring, and archiving of employee labor-law documentation
  • Coordination of the signing of employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documentation, including status tracking and timely escalation of open issues
  • Maintenance and updating of employee data in HR information systems
  • Cooperation with internal and external partners (IT, EHS, recruitment agencies, etc.)
  • Administrative support for payroll processing and personnel file management
  • Administration of business travel, including travel order processing and report preparation
  • Recording and processing employee expenses and related documentation
  • Monitoring deadlines, maintaining records, and regularly reporting on the status of activities and potential risks
  • Ensuring compliance of processes with legal requirements and internal company procedures
  • Receipt and distribution of internal and external mail
  • Communication regarding the collection and distribution of employee ID cards

We are looking for someone with…

  • University or College Degree 
  • At least two years of experience in HR administration
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) 
  • Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of labor employment
  • Strong customer focus, results and quality orientation
  • Reliability, organization, autonomy and attention to details
  • Flexibility, multitasking and problem solving orientation
