Are you a seasoned marketing leader with a passion for data science and AI? We are looking for a Head of Rapidminer Portfolio Marketing to lead the messaging and positioning for our industry-leading data science portfolio. In this role, you will be the primary architect of the narrative for the Rapidminer portfolio, including SLC, Monarch, Panopticon, Graph Studio, and AI Studio.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the global value proposition, messaging, and positioning for the Rapidminer portfolio.

- Lead a high-performing team of approximately four product marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence in content creation and strategic thinking

- Oversee the creation of world-class marketing assets that simplify complex technical concepts into clear business value

- Lead the marketing strategy for the integration of Graph Studio and AI Studio into Intelligence Center X, aligning capabilities with Siemens' broader industrial AI vision

- Partner closely with Product Management to translate technical roadmaps into compelling market-facing value drivers

- Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure Rapidminer products are integrated into high-impact multi-channel campaigns

- Interact and lead discussions with business analysts related to the Rapidminer offering.

 Qualifications

 Required:

- Deep domain expertise in the business area, grounded in a strong technical understanding.

- Extensive experience in B2B software product marketing with a proven track record in complex technical products

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize technical capabilities into persuasive business narratives

- Proven experience in large, matrixed organizations aligning messaging with broader corporate initiatives

- Strategic thinking with the ability to connect individual products to a broader organizational vision

- confident in executive interactions

 Preferred:

- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and inspiring marketing teams

- Prior hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or industrial AI markets

- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field

- Familiarity with Rapidminer or similar data science platforms

Our Benefits & Rewards

The primary locations for this opportunity are Belgium, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands. The applicable salary ranges for these locations are:

Belgium:  EUR 80.700 TO EUR 145.300

Spain: EUR 65.200 to EUR 104.300

Italy: EUR 66.100 to EUR 109.000

The Netherlands: EUR 85.500 to EUR 141.300

This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
