We are looking for a Head of Finance - Siemens Electrical Products / Data Center Skeleton Technologies. This position will be based onsite in the Siemens Electrical Products North America HQ in Peachtree Corners, Georgia in metro Atlanta.

In this hands-on P&L leadership role, you will have broad responsibility for financial and commercial performance while partnering across the business, including with operations. You will support a product portfolio offered under the Siemens brand for the data center white space market, working in close alignment with a partner company in which Siemens is a significant equity owner. This is a high-profile role, both regionally and globally, and could lead to broader P&L leadership within a few years for the right candidate.

You will partner with business leadership to drive profitable growth across the full P&L, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability, cash flow and investment priorities. You will provide financial and commercial leadership for pricing, business cases, operational performance and resource allocation, while supporting decisions across the value chain to support key customers including hyperscalers, colocation data center providers and Neo-Cloud firms.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Driving and steering full P&L performance, including top-line growth, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability, cash management, working capital and investment prioritization.
  • Acting as the lead Finance business partner to management, translating strategy and commercial priorities into financial targets, transparent performance measures and concrete actions.
  • Partnering with operations and cross-functional teams to improve operational execution.
  • Providing financial insight for capital expenditure, capacity, sourcing and supply-chain decisions.
  • Strengthening performance transparency through relevant financial and operational KPIs, root-cause analysis and disciplined follow-through on improvement measures.
  • Providing financial and commercial leadership for pricing, commercial models, major opportunities and deal governance to balance competitiveness, customer value and profitable growth.
  • Building trusted relationships with business leaders and Siemens stakeholders, constructively challenging assumptions and driving accountability for financial and operational performance.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive Finance, Controlling, Commercial Finance and business leadership experience, including responsibility for P&L performance and business results.
  • Demonstrated experience translating strategy into measurable revenue, margin, profitability and cash improvements.
  • Proven capability in business performance management, planning and forecasting, pricing, investment analysis, operational finance and commercial decision support.
  • Ability to work effectively across operations, supply chain, engineering and commercial teams and to translate business drivers into financial outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the data center vertical market with hyperscalers, colocation, Neo-cloud or other data center developers, cloud service providers, or other global strategic customers with complex technical and commercial requirements.
  • Familiarity with operational finance topics such as cost performance, productivity, inventory, capacity planning and capital expenditure governance.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or a comparable professional qualification.
  • Experience leading a joint venture, partnership-based business, corporate venture or other multi-owner governance model is a plus.
