HCM DevOps Engineer

Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of over 17 million 12-inch equivalent wafers in 2025. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

Job Responsibilities

1. Understanding user requirements and project KPIs.

2. Support DevOps manager to led team members to fulfill the assignment with good quality.

3. Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.

4. Review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.

5. Ensure high availability and service level of product daily operation.

Job Qualifications

1. Master degree or above with a major in information engineering and Information science.

2. 5+ year Experienced in HRIS or HCM package application development and operation support. With payroll experience is plus.

3. Service-oriented and self-motivated with good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

4. Knowledge of at least one major coding language, such as Java, Python.

5. Familiar with DevOps development cycle with CI/CD tools adoption (e.g. Azure DevOps).
